HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE

Delivery within East Malaysia will take 3-5 Business days, West Malaysia 7-10 business days and international delivery will take 20– 30 business days once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse. It is customer's responsibility to check the status of the item upon ordering after order confirmation is sent via email.


Should shipping postal address or contact number provided be incorrect, whereupon re-route is needed, customer shall bear the re-route cost incurred.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the order is fulfilled and processed by courier provider for shipping.

WHOLE SARAWAK -  FLAT RATE RM8
WHOLE SABAH - FLAT RATE RM10
WHOLE PENINSULAR - FLAT RATE RM15
*Orders that are being shipped outside of Malaysia will range anywhere from RM40 - RM80. Please feel free to email us if there is anything we can further assist you with.

WILL MY PARCEL BE CHARGED CUSTOM AND IMPORT CHARGES?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

WHICH SHIPPING CARRIES DO YOU USE?

We use local freight such as Poslaju or JNT. We will update through email on the courier that we use to ship your purchases. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for an exchange or a full refund within 3 days from the day you've received your parcel. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging with the tag still attached and not damaged). Merchandise returned not in its original state may not qualify for an exchange or a refund.

To return, please email us at admin@dayangandco.com with your order number. Shipping costs will be borne by customer, unless the item is damaged upon received.

WHAT'S THE TIMELINE FOR MY EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 10-15 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfilment centre, inspect your return, process it into inventory and for you to receive your exchange or refund.

CAN I GET A REFUND IF THE PRICE HAS CHANGED SINCE I ORDERED IT?

As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major credit & debit cards, all major domestic online banking, as well as E-Wallet (e.g. Grabpay & Touch & Go).

HOW DOES THE DISCOUNT CODES WORKS?

All discount codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be used once expired. These discount codes are not redeemable for cash and are limited to one promotion per order, and in some cases the discount code can only be redeemed once per person in order and has its unique terms and conditions to allow fair redemption and distribution of discount codes to all of our valued customers

DO YOU DO CUSTOMISATION OR EMBROIDERY?

No, we do not offer any customisation or embroidery in-house.
