By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

By using our online store, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Malaysian law, or that you are using our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

DAYANG & CO offers fashion apparel and related products through our website, shopping app and physical retail location.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, colours, descriptions, materials and measurements are displayed accurately.

Product measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to fabric characteristics, manufacturing tolerances and measurement methods.
These variations do not affect your rights where products are defective, materially misdescribed or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

All prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM), unless otherwise stated.
Product prices, promotions and discounts may change from time to time. The applicable price for an accepted order will be the price confirmed during checkout, subject to any correction agreed with you.
Shipping fees and any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

DAYANG & CO reserves the right to cancel an order affected by a clear pricing or technical error before fulfilment, with notification to the customer and a refund of any payment already collected for the cancelled order.

After placing an order, you may receive an automated order confirmation by email or through our shopping platform.
An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.
Orders are subject to successful payment verification, stock availability and reasonable fraud prevention checks.
We may contact you if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified or additional information is required.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will offer an appropriate resolution, including a refund for any unavailable or cancelled item.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

7. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver orders using third-party courier and logistics service providers.
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and applicable shipping fees will be provided during checkout or in our Shipping Policy.
Shipping fees are calculated according to the available courier rates and delivery details presented at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and may be affected by courier operations, weather conditions, customs clearance, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact details. Additional charges resulting from incorrect customer-provided information may be borne by the customer.
If your parcel is missing, damaged during delivery or significantly delayed, please contact us so that we can investigate and assist with an appropriate resolution.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We offer a 3-day return request period for eligible products, calculated from the date the customer receives the parcel.
Customers must contact us within this period and obtain return approval before sending any item back.
Eligible returned items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, with original tags and packaging intact, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
For hygiene reasons, certain items, including innerwear and underwear, are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after DAYANG & CO receives and inspects the returned parcel.
Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Additional time may be required by banks or payment providers before funds appear in the customer's account.

9. Promotions, Discounts & Vouchers
Promotional offers, discount codes and vouchers are subject to their stated eligibility requirements, validity periods and conditions.
Unless otherwise specified, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with other offers or reissued after expiry.
If an eligible item purchased using a discount code is refunded, the refund will be based on the actual amount paid after the applicable discount.
We reserve the right to cancel or correct promotional offers affected by technical errors, fraudulent activity or misuse, subject to applicable law.
